Travis is the founder of 4 3 INNOVATIVE LLC, a design and development company driven by higher intelligence and technology.

Fueled by his passion for real estate development and Inspired by recent urban developments in his home town of New Castle, DE, has motivated him to embark upon his journey towards professional development and business success. He has made it his lifes purpose to be a part of changing lives and making a difference.

Having had managed successful businesses and controlled multiple successful residential and commercial projects, his passion and experience lie in business management and real estate development. He holds degrees in Construction management and Architectural Engineering. This is only the beginning of his journery as he continues to seek higher forms of knowledge and higher degrees of education.
