Jaywann brings 27 years of mechanical design & engineering experience to the profession. His experience includes mechanical design and engineering for clients like Route 9 Innovation Library, Dover Air Force Base, Del Tech Community College, and University of Delaware. To add, other experience include building mechanical and plumbing renovations, equipment installations, and new construction. To take it further Jaywann is combining his 27 years experience with the advancements in the latest digital technology and embracing a innovative digital mindset. He is all about using 3D mechanical design to make things more efficient and productive. To accommodate his engineering career he has just as much experience in being a community advocate. He considers his-self to be a passionate community servant with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
